Customer Process Management Executive

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible of all the daily Customer Process activities. You will ensure accurate documentation of incoming and outgoing flow of goods in the Regional Logistics Center and apply all necessary measures for data processing in the systems.
By being the direct contact with our General Distributors (GDs), you will be in charge of entering and following up their orders and shipments, arranging relevant invoices and proper shipping documents, settling claims and coordinating with external service providers for the shortest possible order-processing and transportation times. You will contribute in setting up special processes for smooth flow of in-house procedures.

As our Customer Process Management Executive, you will be reporting directly to the Customer Process Manager and taking up responsibilities such as:
- Fulfilment of Customer Orders
- Complaint Management and Claim Settlement
- Invoicing Procedures and Export Documentation
- Re-ordering to Global Logistics Center (GLC)
- System Maintenance
- RLC Reporting
- Backorder Management
As the successful candidate, you demonstrate flexibility in your skills and attitude. You are a multi-tasker and highly analytical with exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills.
In addition, you are computer literate and highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office. You have knowledge of Daimler Parts’ Supply Chain process and some experience in Parts’ Logistics and Spare Parts’ Consultation.
Your educational background includes an academic qualification in Business Administration (or similar) and you are ready to join the team as soon as possible.
