Our General Distributor and Dealer Retail Sales teams in passenger cars and commercial vehicles are experts at finding our customer the perfect product, ranging from prestige cars to heavy-duty vehicles. The Sales team develops plans and strategies to support defined sales goals. Understanding our customers’ needs is essential to developing long-term relationships.
Career opportunities include, among others, roles as Sales Manager, Showroom Manager, Sales Consultant and Corporate Sales Consultant.
Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is key to our General Distributors and Dealers; this means taking continuously professional care of our customers after a Mercedes-Benz car or truck is purchased. A variety of post-purchase needs are handled by the After-Sales teams, from general parts replacement and oil changes to technical and road-side assistance, ensuring the best customer experience.

Marketing & Customer Relationship Management
